The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the town center. Our room was large, well furnished, and comfortable, with a large balcony. THe breakfast was great, good choice every day. Could not fault the hotel in any way - the staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel was spotless and looked the part, too. There was free parking, right outside the hotel, where we could see the car from our room.

I mostly loved everything at the property, the location was great, staff were over friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I strongly recommend Villa Flavia and I recommend Plovdiv as a whole, 2 days as a minimum should be enough

The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully designed in a minimalist style. The owner is extremely kind, approachable, and always willing to help. Breakfast was plentiful, with delicious homemade products that made the experience even more enjoyable. I very much enjoyed the stay here and I will gladly return when the opportunity arises, the room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom large and clean, facilities are top and the staff friendly. Located in a quiet area with a great vibe and very close to the sights, good restaurants and shops. Checking in and out went like a breeze and I felt very safe. Great value for money too.

Staff were wonderful. So helpful. Offered us use of umbrellas when rain started unexpectedly one evening. Also sorted a kettle and cups for the room so that we could make a drink during the day. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh cooked eggs on request. Lovely dining room overlooking Roman remains. Location is perfect. At the edge of the pedestrian area for the main town and a stones throw away from the old town. When we were leaving the staff phoned for a taxi which arrived in a few minutes and was half the price we paid for our incoming taxi ride which we got ourselves at the airport (we were clearly ripped off!!)
