The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the town center. Our room was large, well furnished, and comfortable, with a large balcony. THe breakfast was great, good choice every day. Could not fault the hotel in any way - the staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel was spotless and looked the part, too. There was free parking, right outside the hotel, where we could see the car from our room.

The location was super close to the Roman ruins, and there is an excavated Roman bath in the basement of the hotel, that they have a tour of during breakfast. The staff, especially Stella, were super helpful while checking in, and with recommending things to do in Plovdiv. Breakfast was pretty good too!

The hotel was at an excellent location! Lots of interesting and beautiful staff in 1-15 min walking. The staff and the service was wonderful! The rooms were beautiful and sparkling clean, with charming little balconies with a main walking street view. Definitely we’ll be back! Strongly recommended!

The design was beautiful, just as the location, just in front of the Expo. The room were perfectly equiped, and the staff were super friendly, the owner was always very helpful.

The employees were very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, lots to eat. It was nice to have wine and cheese in the p.m. I felt very safe and was easy walking around to the restaurants and sites.

Staff were wonderful. So helpful. Offered us use of umbrellas when rain started unexpectedly one evening. Also sorted a kettle and cups for the room so that we could make a drink during the day. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh cooked eggs on request. Lovely dining room overlooking Roman remains. Location is perfect. At the edge of the pedestrian area for the main town and a stones throw away from the old town. When we were leaving the staff phoned for a taxi which arrived in a few minutes and was half the price we paid for our incoming taxi ride which we got ourselves at the airport (we were clearly ripped off!!)

A very comfortable stay! It was much better than we expected! Really large room, very cosy and comfortable beds. Walking distance to everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Top of the top location of you want to enjoy Kapana and its vivid night life. Super friendly and helpful host who managed to arrange a parking place for us, which is so precious in the area. The accommodation itself has everything you need and was quite comfortable for our family with 2 small kids.
