Location was amazing , perfect . Easy check in, key box on outside of room really useful as we were in a group . Communication excellent .

Everything was wonderful! The hut Yagoda was clean, cozy and comfortable. The restaurant dishes were tasty and the personnel were extremely kind and attentive, in particular a young teenager girl named Lyubomira. The whole facility is great and I'm going to come back for sure! I could work in peace and then enjoy the quietness and the freshness of the woods with a yummy barbecue for which there was a fire pit at my disposal Thank you!

The apartment was good size for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was comfortable, clean and anything needed for a good holiday was there. Staff are quite gentle and breakfast was good too. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking fir a holiday apartment in Borovets.

The location was perfect minute's away from the ski lift bars and restaurants. A nice quiet spot located in the woods . The owner and his staff gave us a very warm welcome and were very polite and helpful on arrival. Would definitely re - visit this hotel. Everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect (couldn’t be better). The rooms and very cosy and the bedding was super comfortable. I wish I was able to stay longer.

Good central location within walking distance of supermarkets, park, bus station. Super friendly host, who helped me in a difficult situation. Comfortable beds, well equipped room, nice cozy balcony.
