The room was excellent, very broad and clean with a nice toilet and a balcony with good view. It's right at the center of the city, by a very beautiful river. It's more that we expected and the manager was very kind.

The room was clean and cozy, and it wasn’t too far from the market in Sandanski. The team at “ВАИС” was very professional and friendly! I had originally booked a studio but didn’t specify anything about the view in my request. They kindly offered me another room with the view I wanted — such a nice gesture! Oh, and their bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, and others) were so cute and of great quality!
