I mostly loved everything at the property, the location was great, staff were over friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I strongly recommend Villa Flavia and I recommend Plovdiv as a whole, 2 days as a minimum should be enough

Myself and my partner recently stayed at the brand new Hotel Hello Plovdiv and were thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel's design is sleek and modern, with exceptionally clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms. The location is also great - just a 10 minute walk from the Old Town and vibrant bohemian district of Kapana which makes it an ideal base for exploring all that Plovdiv has to offer. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, handled by friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Hello Plovdiv for anyone visiting the city. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and great value. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

We absolutely loved the location! Everything is modern and fresh, with a high-tech touch that makes the experience really fun and smooth. The QR code system is smart and well-implemented — no need to waste time with reception thanks to the fully automated self check-in. The view is incredible, and the garden and mini camping area are truly special. There are several unique and creative houses in the yard — a train house, a hobbit house, even a witch house — all of which can be booked for a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s perfect for those who want something different and playful. The breakfast was good, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the whole place feels cozy yet innovative. The spa area is fantastic, with a wide range of massages, steam baths, a gym, and even a game room. Everything is available to guests, and the host is always present and ready to assist with anything. A truly refreshing and memorable stay — we highly recommend it!

It was our second stay at the hotel and it was really nice to see that the quality of service has not changed, everything is at a high level. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean. The atmosphere is amazing because of the furniture and all small details reminding for the old Plovdiv.

I very much enjoyed the stay here and I will gladly return when the opportunity arises, the room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom large and clean, facilities are top and the staff friendly. Located in a quiet area with a great vibe and very close to the sights, good restaurants and shops. Checking in and out went like a breeze and I felt very safe. Great value for money too.
