Almost everything was perfect. The room and the staff was really nice. At the breakfast, could have more options. But the cleaning was not so good. My husband is allergic and he didn’t stay very well. I’ll attached a picture of the back of the tv where you can see the dust.

Excellent restaurants, wide range of options at the breakfast buffet. I loved the atmosphere of the place. The main building is beautiful. I loved the pool.

Great location to go to lake louise by walk. All the staffs were kind. I could feel all the facilities and the gardening were managed lovely.
