The hotel was an easy walk into Brugg, and to the train station. The room was well sized, bed was very comfortable, and the surrounding area was quiet. I left the window open for the fresh air and was not disturbed by outside noise.

The stuff are the best in this hotel. We had to reschedule the dates for the stay and the receptionist Diana did everything(contacting the manager, contacting booking support etc) just to help us and she was very kind when we checked in the other day. The room is new, clean and spacious. There was free parking in private garage which was really good.
