Great position next to a train station and a supermarket where you can buy the meals. Gym was a huge plus. Staff were helpful with everything we needed. Rooms are fairly big, comfortable and well cleaned. They have ironing stations on every second floor. Good price for this region, I'd stay here again.

One of the best hotel stays I have experienced in terms of quality of services, comfort of the place, and the availability of a very nice lobby where you can spend a pleasant time. The location is very close to the train station and the street is very quiet and suitable for families.

It's an experience and not just a stay, it's located in an old authentic building and very classic in it's design and ambiance. Self check -in is very easy. The room and bathroom are spotless. The staff, especially Stephan, are very helpful and understanding. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is quiet. The kitchen is backed with different kind of freebies like teas, honey and spices. Cook your own food is a lovely idea. Very close to the train station and transportation.

Small private hotel with lovely ambience in reception and garden patio area. Warm welcoming staff. A bowl of fresh apples and coffe available was appreciated. Microwave available in breakout reception area Small single room very functional and well designed. Clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Very quiet and good mechanised exterior blinds achieved a dark room for sleeping. Location. Easy walk from train or into old town but free Bern travel card and buses and trams every minute allows easy access everywhere

The hotel is very close to the train station (3 min. walk). Staff were very helpful, in fact we needed an adapter to charge our laptop and they provided us with one, free of charge. Breakfast was exceptional. We also had a nice view from our room. Bed and pillows were super comfy.

    The hotel gives you the vibe of a fusion between bnb and a 3 star hotel. You get digital (online) keys to enter the hotel and your rooms which is a nice quirk. The host is super friendly and helpful, the common area has a kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. The location is the USP of the place, and you can get a panaromic view of the Bern skyline from the hotel roof.

    The Prizeotel was literally a few steps away from the bus stop making it easy to access. The other end of Bern city centre (with the Rozengarten and the Barenpark) was around a 15 minute walk too, so the location of the hotel was brilliant. The staff at the hotel were friendly, attentive and even attempted to help us with a Swiss style plug adapter. The hotel itself was very clean with a comfortable bed and a unique feel to it, it also had a rooftop bar although we did not get to use this.

    Personal touch in this place was excellent and well thought. Downstairs was like a guest house of your dreams. Our room did not have own bathroom but the shared one was super well organized and each room had own things there. Yard was also very cozy. For us the location worked very well, as we did not visited the city center of Bern.

    It has a nice location but I was expecting more from a 3 stars hotel. The room was small and the ceiling near the bad was low and we had to be careful. The staffs are amazing and the room was very clean and quiet.
