A very well organised hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff, high level of cleanliness, very comfortable room and bed, everything in the hotel decoration and ambiance was quite warm and very well designed/authentic, very tasty food and versatile menu, very good service, great location. Breakfast was excellent - lots of options, beautiful view from the dining room. Room had a cute little balcony, and the view from there of the lake and mountains was just breathtaking.

The entire experience was fantastic from check in to check out. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, even offering to drop us to the train station! We had the 2 bedroom room which had the best view I have ever seen from a hotel room, and was super spacious, comfortably fitting 4 of us in 2 very separate bedrooms with a foyer, living room and balcony. We wish we could have stayed longer and will absolutely be returning the next opportunity we get. Cannot thank the hotel enough for everything, they exceeded our expectations in every way. This is probably the best hotel experience I’ve had.

Staffs are good. Room ambience is nice. The breakfast room with lake view was very beautiful. And we had a very tasty and filling breakfast. I recommend this hotel who wants to stay near brienz lake.

Helen was just wonderful. For your info, there are 2 busses with number 103. We obviously did not notice and when we were asked to get off the bus at Brienz See stop, she came from her house to pick us up. The view you get from the room is just as the pictures. It's just a short 70m walk to the lake where you can take a stroll or run. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop from this place. 6 to the ferry which is right next to the "Crash Landing on You" site. Facilities were great. Fully functioning kitchen, large room and bath, TV, and WiFi. Hot water may run out but I just found out it's a nationwide problem.
