Location is very nice, garden is great and pool is a beauty. Historical building is very beautiful, 80-ies interior can use some freshing-up but has nice character. Breakfast is nearly perfect. Parking is good and practicle, very nice for a one-day stop on route or for a short stay on lake Lugano. Rooms are good.
