Location...GREAT improvement in air conditioning system: WONDERFUL. Breakfast outdoors is ' to die for' not to mention the quality of the buffet...staff accommodates my need to store luggage...BEST hotel in Zürich for me ( I have stayed in many others when St. Josef is full).

The hotel is situated in a beautiful building and it is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. All products used are of extremely high quality (soap, food). There is a spa in the hotel which one can book. The location is fabulous - just 1 minute walk from the lake and a short tram ride from the center. But the best is the super friendly staff :)!

The hotel is beside the train station and close to great restaurants. The room is gorgeous and very clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. I would highly recommend.

My stay in Zurich was wonderful thanks to Motel One Zürich. The location is excellent, close to the city center and public transport, yet quiet and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with something for every taste. The bar, restaurant and reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I truly felt welcomed and would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I travel a lot. and stayed in different types of hotels. We visited our son who lives close to the hotel and he made the booking for us. Upon arrival, we received from the staff and management a very sincere kind, and warm welcome. The room was super big, very clean, with a client-orientated interior and comfortable beds to sleep well. In nowadays service is often disregarded, we can truly say, the service in the hotel was in all aspects 10 out of 10 it was a positive atmosphere and the smiling and friendliness of the staff represented their true hospitality. The Hotel Hottingen was renovated in 2023 and is centrally located, 500 metres from the Kunsthaus Zürich museum, next to the Hottingerplatz bus and tram stop. It offers free Wi-Fi.
