the breakfast buffet consist of different variety and the food is amazing. The restaurant have a very nice view that you can have your breakfast and seeing the cable car to the First! I had to check out early next morning and the staff are very helpful. She helped me to do the check out in advance and reminded me that there is no bus in the early morning due to Saturday. She helped me to call the taxi in advance and also asked the kitchen to prepare a take-away breakfast for me to enjoy! I felt very warm-hearted and thank you so much! I enjoy my stay here and I must come back again if I visit Swiss again

Staff in hotel hirschen are friendly. Every morning nice lady welcomed us for breakfast and brought us gluten free bread. Breakfast was delicious. Everything you need to start your day. I higly recommed.

Amazing place to stay in Grindelwald. Family owned and run hotel, very authentic exterior and interior. Location is brilliant in a short distance from crowds, at the same time being on the main street. It can’t get enough of the spectacular view to the mountains while enjoying glass of wine on a balcony.

Although one spends very little time in one's room in a place like Grindelwald with so much to do every day, Hotel Bernerhof provides an exceptional base from which to springboard each day's events. The staff over here are exceptional. My biggest thanks to Simona working there. She was the best and made the whole experience of staying there wonderful. She makes sure that every person who stays there is having a good time. She takes care of everyone like a family and speaks with warmth. If the management is reading this you should really appreciate her personally. She was excellent. Also excellent ladies at the reception. They are so welcoming and kind. This is what I look for in a perfect hotel.
