Lovely room, had a very traditional rustic lodge feel to it. Very modern bathroom with good shower. Staff were super friendly. We took advantage of the afternoon snack that was laid on. The views of the snow capped mountains and nearby hillside pasture are stunning. We took a short walk and found a woodland park area which was very peaceful. We had drinks in the bar after our walk and had dinner in the restaurant in the evening (beware the menu is only written in German but we managed with translator app). Lovely breakfast. Very friendly people. We thought their use of small jars a good idea, saves wasting food.

This hotel is set at the foot of Mount Baselgia, close to Zernez’s Reformed Church. It offers tennis courts and a wellness area. Zernez Train Station is 1 km away.

Our visit to Scuol came with no particular expectations since the goal was to work at Davos for the World Economic Forum. However, upon arrival, we were captivated by the charm of this picturesque town and the extraordinary warmth of its inhabitants.
