First we would like to say big THANK YOU🙏 to your employee at the reception desk who welcomed us at arrival (7 pm at 20.01.2025), he was very polite and professional😊 The hotel was great with a variety of delicious food. The room was so clean, comfy, very nice furniture, like you are at home. The train station so close we had time to visit Zurich in the evening.

The hotel is nice and clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were kind. Check in and check out is fast and simple. Beds are great, very comfortable. Restaurant is also great with good waiters and delicious food. If you travel with kids, ask for a kids meal, it is not on the menu. Perfect location, 10 min from the airport with a taxi. This is our go to hotel when flying from Zürich.

Upon arrival, we received from the staff and management a very sincere kind, and warm welcome. The room was super big, very clean, with a client-orientated interior and comfortable beds to sleep well. In nowadays service is often disregarded, we can truly say, the service in the hotel was in all aspects 10 out of 10 it was a positive atmosphere and the smiling and friendliness of the staff represented their true hospitality.
