Room - It was the best room (room number 51) of our entire stay in Switzerland. Probably, they allotted the best room to us. It was large, clean and the view from the room/ balcony was surreal. Bathroom - Clean and with all facilities available. Breakfast - We had complementary breakfast during our saty and the buffet breakfast had wide range of breads, cheese, fruits available. They even make other items (like English Breakfast) on request. The foods tasted great as usual. Staff - Brilliant. Starting from the arrival (when they picked us up from the Wengen Station) till checkout, they were always available and happy to help whenever required.

    Excellent location right next to the station and yet no disturbance from train noise. Views from the restaurant of the Jungfrau mountain as well as the Lauterbrunnen valley were lovely. The swimming pool facilities were excellent, especially for a 3 star hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly. I don't know why this isn't a 4 star hotel!

    The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect being right next to the station, Mannlichen lift and the end of the ski run in Wengen. We enjoyed using the extensive wellness area. Our budget room was compact as we expected, but it was also spotlessly clean. The food was good and the deserts excellent.
