My recent stay at Jungfrau Hotel Wilderswil was nothing short of extraordinary—it was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed by the warm and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Charlotte and the lady room attendant were very friendly and made me feel home during my stay. The room view was absolutely breathtaking—each morning felt like a dream as I woke up in awe of the stunning scenery. It was the kind of view that makes you pause, take a deep breath, and feel grateful for the moment. Truly unforgettable! I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends travelling to Switzerland. My experience was so exceptional that I’m already looking forward to returning—it’s a place I’d gladly revisit!

The location is fabulous. It's the best thing about this hotel. The mountain landscapes are beautiful. Bus station is pretty close to the hotel and the bus timetable is reliable. The buses take you to Interlaken city centre very fast. The village of Wilderswil is very beautiful and safe. The locals are also kind and some even say hello when you walk past them. The morning breakfast was better than most hotels. It was very convenient and complete. The personnel of the hotel is really professional and friendly. The receptionist who checked me in was very kind and informative about the best areas to visit. The cleaning staff always say hello with a smile and cleaned the room very well. Job well done. Thank you to everyone there. Perfect stay! 10/10.

We had a fantastic stay! Such a beautiful little place, right on the water with fantastic outdoor and indoor commonspaces. Our room was great, clean and comfortable. Staff were so nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was delicious

Excellent is the only word I can say about this hotel. Location, comfort, cleanliness, stunning views, staff, breakfast , you name it and everything was perfect, definitely recommended for families ( I was with my 2 kids)... Location is very easily accessible from interlaken ost via bus 102 - direct stop at ringgenberg post, 2 mins walk from hotel Comfort - excellently designed rooms with balcony which have a stunning lake views, i think one of the best views of the lake... Staff - very welcoming and accomodative... Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety... In all a very very good place to stay...definitely recommendable...

    Everything. We booked on a budget and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Location on train line with easy access to Interlaken Ost, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujock. We got a window and balcony with a great view of Mönch, Jungfrau and Jungfraujock. Restaurant was excellent, included breakfast was excellent. They gave us a pass for free local trains and buses. The front desk loaned me a screwdriver so I could tighten loose wheels on our luggage.

    The staff was exceptional and they allowed for early check-in. Breakfast was varied and had many healthy options to leave you ready for the day! The location was great--relatively secluded and about 2.5 miles from city center... a great walk if you're up for it but the bus is right around the corner.

    amazing views from the room, friendly staff who greeted us welcome, great breakfast with lots of options. location is bit away from Interlaken city center, but a bus 105 takes you to center from a nearby stop. enough car parking was available. lift was present to carry our luggage to the room. nice outside area and pool.
