Great location, very nice and helpful receptionists. Check-in and check-out were very fast and smooth. Breakfast was okay, just remember you need to leave the breakfast room till 10am. Good parking space next to the hotel. Beautiful view from the room!

Exceptional place, very friendly owners, they facilitated late check in without a problem, gave really good advises on what to see and visit, and let us keep the car parked a bit longer (great favor).     Whenever we stay in Karlovy Vary, we always hope to get a room at Hotel Ontario. The location is strategic, right above the city center. You can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the city. Cleaning is excellent, the location is very quiet and, for us that travel by car, parking is essential and Hotel Ontario offers it for free. Wow! This Hotel has three stars, but it's certainly at the level of a four stars one.
