There is not much about the city but this hotel is really remarkable one. Victoria the host, is probably one of the most decent hotel attendants. We ask her to serve breakfast earlier so we can travel to Krakow airport and catch our flight but what she did is prepare breakfast in boxes for us so we can take it before 7:00 am.

The staff is friendly. There is enough space in the room, and nothing is crammed up. Plenty of air and light. Several places to sit outside the room. Beautiful building. Everything was great. One of the best hostels I have been to.

Well located,beautiful high-ceiling historical apartment renovated to meet modern expectations, minimalistic but tasteful. A small issue was that it got unexpectedly cold and rainy outside and the inside temperature in the apartment was quite low (we only stayed for the night so did not call the owners so perhaps heating could have been turned on which we did not attempt). Also,it was a little challenging to find a free parking spot in nearby streets but we managed!

Clean and comfortable, close to the old town. In the room is little kitchen. Furniture is new and a room renovated. Very friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast and coffee. There is beautiful gothic cathedral just across the street🤩

Clean warm room! Comfortable bed! Powerful hot shower! Good WiFi! Next to the Tram station that'll take you anywhere! Responsive personnel, although it's an automated process!

The whole experience was great. The room was really spacious and clean, the staff was extremely helpfull and kind. They helped us with everything we needed. The accommodation is close to the city center and in a quiet street.

They welcomed us with gingerbread. The room was tidy and towels super soft. We had also air conditioning. The breakfast was rich and the staff was really friendly.I would choose this hotel one more time
