The property in the rooms are really good. Only the access was a little clunky. There’s no access from the town square, you have to go through the back and through a different hotel. This hotel does not have a reception, you check in through the hotel next-door, where some of the staff was not very knowledgeable about the procedures. Apart from that, the accommodation is absolutely perfect.

There was an error in the Booking system and, although I paid ahead of time, I did not have a reserved room at the hotel. The hotel staff was very kind.
