It’s a great hotel. Very comfortable with attentive staff. Good dinner and breakfast. We walked up the hill from the village, along a track on the right as the houses finish - a gentle climb up to the crest and a view into Switzerland. Then back via the ski drag lift top to Gersbach - 1.5 hours of alpine meadows and skylarks. Descent is by a steep road back to hotel. A great short walk.

The hotel is located in a picturesque area perfect for walking and hiking but just a short drive from supermarkets etc. The rooms are comfortable and we were greeted by friendly staff. The restaurant is exceptional, we often stay here when visiting the area and always make sure we have a dinner at the hotel, it is best to book as the restaurant is very popular.
