Bodenmais is a fantastic location, a bigger resort village but with absolute quiet day and night. At LuCA Hotel, which is under new management, there is swimming pool and sauna (though we didn’t use it). The front desk also gives out free passes to local attractions, for example the ski lift. Perhaps the best part of our stay was the restaurant, where a resident Italian chef makes very good homey and authentic Italian food. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable.

We loved the breakfast. Staff was very kind and helpful. The sauna was very good and clean. Will definitely recommend it! The Aktivcard included in the hotel fee was very helpful.
