Cleanliness Peaceful location. Worth for money

The hotel receptionist, Andrea Heumuller, gave me a ton of help when I was desperate at the condition of my backpack being stolen in the train and I lost my passport, laptop, and cash. Luckily, I had my cellphone and wallet with me. Problems were that I had a very important business visit the morning next day and I will have to take three flights in the next five days. Therefore, I will need to quickly get my temporal passport from Taiwan Representative Office in Frankfurt the next day and managed to make a presentation without my laptop the next morning. Andrea contacted a taxi driver and made sure he could take me to the right store still opening at 9:00 pm and send me back hotel after shopping. She also called to the store asking them to help me quickly locating the position displaying USB Disk and cell phone charger. With the USB disk, I can download my presentation files from cloud through a computer. With the charger, I can continue use my cellphone to contact people and manage things. Back to hotel, I asked Andrea if I can borrow their office PC for 10 minutes to download files. Andrea said since she did not get permission from her manager so that she refused my proposal of using hotel’s PC. Magically, she rushed to her nearby home, brought me her own laptop. I was about to cry and I completed my file download in 10 minutes with her constant help on communicating from Deutsch to English shown on the screen. I couldn’t imagine how I can finish these urgent tasks in a short period of time without Andrea’s help. When things were taken care, I found out I need a dinner. She said that almost all restaurants in Lippstadt stopped their business by 10 pm. Again, she called to some restaurants and found out that they could provide service to me if I can reach the restaurant soon. Since she already finished her shift and the next staff was on job, she walked me to the restaurant and made sure I could have my dinner served.

I have very good memories of staying at this hotel. The room is large, very clean - cleaned every day, in a very peaceful and quiet area with a large park. I recommend the breakfast which was very good. I pay special attention to the excellent contact with the hotel staff, who helped us with all the unusual requests we had. I highly recommend staying in this place.

Great staff, beautiful and cozy area. There is a quiet park nearby.

The staff were super nice, helpful and service minded. The room was very nice and clean - and large. The whole hotel was in good condition. Make use of Hellweg-Sole-Thermen which is located as a neighbour, it is a fine bath and wellness place.

Very large, comfortable room; parking for guests; dogs welcome which was the most important for me!

Nice appartment-room, very good quality/price ratio. Charging station for electric car (22kW/h) in front of the entrance.
