A very nice hotel at a convenient location in the city. The people at the reception were courteous and knowledgeable. They all spoke very good English and were eager to help when asked. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The cost of my stay was reasonable. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very recommendable. Hotel very cozy and friendly hotel. We arrived very late but a kind gentleman at the reception was waiting for us and welcomed us. Nice and calm atmosphere allowed us to rest after a long journey. Clean and large rooms. A place worth recommending.

Staff were very helpful. I arrived just before 9 pm and was starving, the restaurant closes at nine but was prepared to cook for me still and had a delicious chicken schnitzel from the specials board . Would stay here again

Everything about the hotel is perfect; the location, the facilities and the breakfast. In addition, the staff is totally professional and extremely courteous. I would like to mention that Frau Cindy Thomas is extremely efficient and very helpful. I am waiting to visit this hotel in my next trip to Magdeburg.

Breakfast was good, rooms were warm. Great shower. We had two connected rooms with one entrance which was perfect. The dog was welcome.
