The location right outside the train station makes it ideal for traveling, as the city centre is also only a 10-15 minute walk away. The large windows do a very good job of keeping the noise from cars and trains out -- I never had any issues of outside noise keeping me up. The breakfast is decently varied, especially given the hotel's small size overall, and I've always enjoyed my breakfast there.
