The staff were really good. Very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, and having 24 hour coffee/tea facilities was handy.

A great location, not far from the centre of Osnabrück, with a very regular bus service to the city centre (day and night) located just outside the front of the hotel. Arrived extremely late, but the out of hours access is very easy (let them know in advance). The room was of a decent size and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent as always!

The breakfast was fresh and tasty with very reasonable price! The room equipment was simple but satisfied. A small refrigerator was in the room and drinks can be purchased from vending machines.

Although pretty far from train station, this beautiful hotel is just a short walk away from city centre and many shops. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times and the place itself quiet and tidy. Highly reccomend!
