The staff were mainly young people, very polite, helpful, knew their jobs, went above and beyond, fantastic communicators and made the atmosphere and us feel very.comfortable. We had breakfast, which was very nice, good food, good choices, and plentiful. Very clean and tidy hotel, a bit dated in its design and some amenities, showers, etc. But we did not experience anything worth complaining about. We would certainly recommend it. It's 3 star but a very good 3 star. One criticism, we had to eat late one night, and got cheeseburger and chips, burgers were cold inside and a bit raw and were overly expensive at £52 for both. We couldnt eat them. But Id still stay there again as the staff and everything else about is very good in my opinion.

The stay was extremely pleasant. The staff was service minded and smiley, they recommended us a good restaurant. My girl lost the keycard inside the room and the staff helped us efficiently. In the morning i got waked up by baked goods perfume, the included breakfast was rich and various. Very good value for money and very recommended.
