Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. We arranged to hire bicycles to explore the West Bank and they were also happy to take us to and from the ferry.

Fantastic little boutique hotel. Extremely clean and well kept. Lovely grounds with an excellent included breakfast and a nice courtyard pool. Many nice family restaurants nearby and easy to get into downtown Luxor. Would strongly recommend.

Breakfast was served any time we wanted, even quite early - before six o´clock! Location was excellent for visiting the monuments, temples and the valleys and tombs. Just a stone´s throw away from the most places. Walking distance to Medinet Habu, Ramesseum and, of course, the Memnon Colossi because they were across the street. The building was new and A/C worked well. Restaurant was always open. There´s a beautiful garden between theh hotel and the restaurant buildings. The new swimming pool was near completion in late October 2023. The surroundings were fields where the hot air balloons operated early in the morning. The sight was impressive. The owner personally took very good care of us and helped a lot in finding transportation and other matters. We felt that as guests we were treated like family members.

All staffs working at the site are very kind and helpful. Its a family business based so they are always ready to help you whatever you ask. Room was very clean and spacious. Had a great view from the balcony. Easy to get to East Bank side through private boat or public boat.

I booked this room for one night but ended up staying for longer. I don’t know what’s the secret in that room but I slept for 12 hours 😴 I usually sleep for 7-8 hours but here I slept like a baby. It’s really safe especially for families and solo travelers, they close doors at 11 pm. WiFi is fast.

We loved everything about this hotel. From the beginning we were welcomed like in a family by the owner, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout our trip. He and his son helped us with the cars we needed, and arranged the best boat and guide for us. They even made us take out breakfast when we left, as our flight was early in the morning. The hotel in itself was perfect: very modern rooms, tastefully decorated, with splendid balconies and the most fantastic rooftop with a pool and restaurant. The views were absolutely incredible, facing the Valley of Kings.

    the staffs was so friendly. specially the young boy..i think his name is Ahmed or something. this hotel is really near to Luxor temple. Luxor museum and Karnak temple. good location i can say. SWIMMING POOL! for the budget hotel! you will like wow!

    Lovely closed complex to stay. Very homely feel to the hotel and staff were very attentive, kind and helpful. A little antiquated but it is a budget hotel. Has a very nice character. Location was excellent. Only 5 minutes from Karnac. Nice safe area around hotel. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in Egypt. Dinner was also extremely delicious (chef on site very talented). Would highly recommend to stay here and I would stay again in a heartbeat!
