Excellent stay in Luxor! The villa is in a quiet part of the West Bank, right near all the major highlights. Muhammad and his family are so kind and very helpful to arrange anything you need during your stay in Luxor. The dinner is also especially delicious! I really recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely time in Luxor.

Spent two nights here more or less unplanned and were very satisfied and happy with it. The hotel manager arranged everything for us from bicycles, balloon trip to transfers for reasonable prices. So, great staff, nice pool, very close to Harbour.

Location was great on a week stay to do sightseeing at a leisurely pace, and of course the balloons coming over every morning was a huge bonus. The owner was a fantastic host and the staff were so helpful, the hotel cat was a character so take some treats 😺 very cheap $1 to get a tuk tuk down to the river and restaurants on the West Bank ( 10 minutes) there is a public ferry that goes over to the East Bank every 15 minutes $2 return when you visit Karnak. You can rent bicycles here as well and ride around the canals up to the Temples and even Valley of the Kings. 👍😎

Everything was great! The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely sitting area outside. The hotel is centrally located, close to Luxor and Karnak Temple. The staff were very kind and polite, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The restaurant serves delicious food—we enjoyed a traditional Egyptian dinner, which was excellent and reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast was abundant, offering both Egyptian and continental options with plenty to choose from. It was quiet at night, allowing us to have a good rest. All in all, great value for the price. We would definitely go back there

Charming family hotel, really helpful and obliging people, peacfull place, far from the noise, but close to the city thanks to the boats. West bank is definitely the best place. Eslam gave us very good advices, and organized great tours for us at a fair price ! Amazing breakfast , beautiful view !

The staff were lovely and helpful. I was ill and they brought me lemon and ginger teas more than once and also made sure I drank plenty. . I was allowed to hang my swimming costume out to dry on thier washing line. Breakfast had a view of the bike from the roof. The jaquzzi spa is super relaxing. I fell asleep with ease after using it., which I needed after along tiring day/flight and feeling unwell. Our beds were comfortable.The pool was lovely and cold.( which is nice when the weather is hot). There is a laundrette, a massage parlour ( no not that type) and lots of gift shops/restaurants in the area within half a minutes walk

    Lovely closed complex to stay. Very homely feel to the hotel and staff were very attentive, kind and helpful. A little antiquated but it is a budget hotel. Has a very nice character. Location was excellent. Only 5 minutes from Karnac. Nice safe area around hotel. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in Egypt. Dinner was also extremely delicious (chef on site very talented). Would highly recommend to stay here and I would stay again in a heartbeat!
