I've travelled to more than 50 countries and this might actually be the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. The villa was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English (my Spanish is unfortunately not great) and the facilities was light and clean. My room was amazing, big and clean and it had a wonderful view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and equally clean. I absolutely loved my room. I also spent some time at the pool in the afternoon which was also a nice experience. The villa is located on the other side of the old town but it's a nice walk, it took me about 20 minutes to reach the old town and the beach. Walking back at night felt safe. Also, this side of the city seemed to be more quiet which I enjoyed a lot. I opted to have breakfast at cafés in the city so I cannot comment on the breakfast, I did however get a decent breakfast at cafés in the city to a lower price than the cheapest option at the villa. All in all, I really loved my experience at the Villa Eugenia Boutique Hotel and if I go back to San Sebastian I will definitely book the same accommodation - if it's available. MUCHAS GRACIAS :)

Great facilities! Rooms are spacious but well equipped with all the amenities. The best part was the laundry facilities in the hotel which are free to use for all occupants. They also have a recreation room wherein you can play table tennis and board games. Location is not too far from the city centre and bus station.

Best place to stay. Walking distance to beach. Handicaped rooms and shower.Very lovely staff, he offers to give a map, help you to get around best places to eat and snacks . Offer a glass or two Prosecco, coffe, tea, cold drinks like Pepsi, orange, lemon from 12-20 as much as you like. After check out, there is a shower room to use even. Check out is 12.Amazing. I really appreciate it. Opposite is a small Marché Carrefour, pharmacie near by, bakery with iberian ham sandwiches fresh made. Many coffee restaurants….
