Helpful staff and the hotel was close to the airport, so the complimentary shuttle they provided only took 5 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. There was an option to buy snacks and drinks even if you didn’t buy the breakfast.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was made every day and the breakfast had a lot of tasty options and was a good addition to an already lovely hotel. The staff were helpful in showing where to go to get to the city center. The 24 h reception is super helpful when you come to Bilbao by plane or if you arrive very late.

    Very close to the airport and it is 5 mins with the shuttle of the Hotel. They picket me when I arrived and than they dropped me to the airport on my travel day. There is a direct bus to the city center from the hotel so it is also easy to arrive to Bilbao city center.
