The Reception staff were very informative and helpful. The room wax very comfortable and with a fridge. We also loved hearing the cathedral bells. Everything was straightforward and easy, so much so that we enquired about staying another time later in the year. Thank you for helping us to have a great start to our Road trip adventure of northern Spain and what a great city Zaragoza is!

The room was very spacious and clean. I quite liked the interior. The hotel is located in a very central area but it was not noisy at all. Also the receptionists were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The personnel was really good, rooms were spacious, and is 10 mins walking to the center.

Excellent location, right in the old town, close to main objectives. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice and clean rooms. Would definitely book it again.

This hotel is right in the heart of the older city centre and extremely well located to see the sights while travelling through (i.e. for an overnight stay). The hotel itself is up to standard, the personnel very friendly and the breakfast the best we had in 9 hotels while journeying through France and Spain. Parking is public, but literally under the hotel - most expensive on our journey at just over 20 Euro (with hotel discount). Try not to get a room over the dustbins: it is very loud early morning when they are emptied!
