The provided amenities far exceeded my expectations and were above and beyond any other hotel/hostel experience I've had abroad thus far. The level of comfort and coziness provided really was the perfect garnish for a relaxing vacation. The staff is very kind and responsive as well, I'm very thankful to them for curating such a pleasant space. The location is also superb: anything I could've possibly needed during the stay was within walking distance + the public transport available nearby was more than sufficient. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends!

It is just ok. It served my purpose and my expectation, But lacked human warm welcome and reception. In fact it is not nice, especially on first day on arrival. It is like " you are on your own" Johnny. I enjoy the serene outlook of Finish people, when I went on the streets. Luckily it was not cold to the freezing point. I was told , it could be deadly cold.

    If you are looking for a budget hotel with all basic amenities and good location, Hote Finn would be your choice. With a easy reachable location (7 mins walk) from Central railway station, Hotel Finn offer basic room with clean beds, toilets, hair dryer, electrical kettle etc. Late checkin instruction is clear and not a problem. Staff could also be reached through booking.com mailbox. Luggage storage facilities (self help locker so you could reach at anytime) are also available.

    I stayed at a 4* hotel the day before but I liked this budget hotel more for all aspects. Old building but that did not make the hotel/room any less comfortable and safe. Switches for all lamps are located right beside the bed, very convenient compared to the 4* room I stayed in. The staff was helpful with the luggage storage before check in/after check out and considerate when I needed to check out a bit late (15min). The hotel location was easily identified by the clear signage for a person who had a tendency to be lost like me.
