There were several problems we encountered - no hot water, electricity outage, tv not working but in each case the response was exceptional. The plumber worked on the solar water heater and the heat was restored - the generator switched over to backup shortly after the power failed - and the Chinese TV - TCL - caused a few people concern until the manager came down and promptly got everything back on track. What you see is what you get & vice versa. For me, my stay was highlighted by the grace, care & help from all the Staff that I received. I had arrived after sustaining a nasty rib injury, barely left the hotel over 3 days of recuperation & they fell over themselves to take care of me. It gets 10 stars from me for honesty, what you see is what you get. Total value for money, cheap as chips & very comfortable, ideal for quick stops. Real travellers would get the quirks, hot water was a problem in a funny understable way for example. If you have a winge about the Fancy, stay at the Hilton next time. 😉

The Staff was extremely nice, they helped with anything they could and also had some good advices. The room was very clean and everything was described. I really enjoyed the stay.
