We loved our stay! The staff were super helpful seeing that we spoke little to no French :) what was even more lovely is that one of the staff offered some of her hair conditioner to me since we hadn't had a chance to get to the town upon arrival! These little things go a very long way and they also ensured our daughter had warm milk at night :) they even called us to ensure we didn't miss breakfast as we accidentally slept in the next day! Super heart warming and inviting staff! Definitely a must visit for that 'home away from home' feeling! 5 stars

Very cozy and comfortable stay. The room was small but perfectly equipped for a restful night. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant served delicious, flavorful food. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

    The staff are very good. We did not like the first room allocated. The photos on booking are representative but the room turned out to be small. We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony which met our needs. This is good as a budget hotel. Kitchenette is well serviced with crockery etc. Good air conditioning in room. Underground parking was very good with lift directly to reception and to our room.

    We booked the hotel because it advertised with parking when we arrived the parking was full so we had to drive around and find somewhere to park. If you have a car check they have parking before you book . It’s reasonably priced clean in a good location and I would definitely recommend it if your looking for a good priced hotel

    The hotel is in the perfect location for Beziers. My room was enormous, the Superior Double Room. The air-conditioning worked well. The "Very good breakfast" did not live up to the "very good" billing. "Acceptable" is probably nearer the mark. I would recommend trying one of the many cafés in the city centre for breakfast if you want more variety.
