We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Our room was modern, spacious, and well equipped. The spa was a real highlight – beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day of travelling. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and was a great way to start the day (EUR 16,50 per person if not included). The location is convenient, with easy parking and good access to the town and surroundings. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would be happy to recommend.

The lady in charge (owner maybe) could not be more helpful.... outstanding customer service. She had not planned on feeding us but saw how tired we were after travelling and prepared us some fantastic food for the evening. Very grateful to her.

The hotel has two branches - one in town and one at the airfield at Haguenau. We were staying at the one in town, but arrived via the airfield. We received a very warm welcome, a cab was called fro us, and we were given free coffee while we waited.

We stopped here as part of a father son roadtrip. The hotel is outside the main city, but was easy to find. The rooms were a good size, and our twin room had a double bed and a single bed. The room was clean, modern. The breakfast was of a good selection.

The Logis Hotel Restaurant Au Boeuf Rouge was absolutely exceptional in all aspects; although the price was slightly above my normal charge for a one night's stay in November it was still very good value for money. The staff, facilities and rooms were unquestionably excellent - my congratulations to the Hotel for their outstanding service. The Restaurant was also superb; it provided an exceptional menu, good wines, excellent staff and proved to be a great evening out - but very expensive!
