Everything was perfect. The hotel is close to the train station and to the beach (1 minute). The room looks super new, very clean. They give 2 free 0.5l bottle water. Also there is a kettle and coffe in the room. The view from the balcony to the sea it is amazing. Definetly worth the money.

Absolutely lovely stay thanks to amazing people creating this hotel. At our arrival Christoph has given us all the information needed and was very helpful and charming (he also helped us with reservation at the Plage les Pirates - Pinede, in my opinion the nicest beach in Juan les Pins). Our room had a beautiful, spacious balcony with the view of the neighborhood. Charming swimming pool and the breakfast outdoor with a very nice choice of local products have made our short vacation even nicer. I’m already planning my next stay.

Plus, the balcony offered stunning views—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset drink. The Service: The staff at Hotel Le Sud went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were incredibly attentive, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems around Antibes. Their warm, personalized service truly made a difference. Amazing, hotel with amazing staff. The location is perfect either u want to take the train to visit Cannes, Nice or other places nearby, or easily go to the beach in Juan les pins. The hotel is right in front of the beach. The staff is so so so polite and nice. They offer breakfast on request, which is quite nice. Supermarket, bar and restaurants right next to the hotel.

    The hotel's location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and shops. Parking was available for a small additional fee, and the room was clean and tidy. I noticed that the hotel also accommodated some of the older generation, but this didn't bother me at all; I thought it was a wonderful idea overall.

    Good location, very close to the train station as well as the beach. Also a big supermarket just 3 minutes by foot. Big balcony for a 3-star hotel complete with table and 2 chairs, perfect for having breakfast.
