So peaceful and tranquil, staff went out of their way to help us make the most of our stay - recommending and helping to book local restaurants and airport transfers. Beautiful gardens, wonderful organic breakfasts, lovely eco vibe. Did not get the opportunity to use the pool but will definitely return!

Our second time at Alex, it really is a great location for both the station which is directly opposite and getting to the airport - the coach runs from the station every ten minutes - while being withing easy walking distance of the old port.

We received the most warm welcome on arrival. The room was superb and exceeded our expectations. A lot of thought had gone into the needs of travellers staying just a few days. A small thing, but there was a retractable washing line over the bath which made things so much easier for washing out smalls. The beds were very comfy, the location to the Metro and supermarkets excellent and the hotel area very quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Most importantly I feel like at home during I stayed in this hotel. Especially staffs are really great and friendly and special thanks for Brice from reception, he helped me a lot. The room was so clean, the location is close to metro, bus station and in a safer location just only 5-10 minutes away from city center. I don't like crowded places to stay and therefore the location is so great for me which is a few minutes away from every public transport.

    This is a budget hotel, so remember that you're paying for the basic facilities. But also know that the staff here are great, you'll get plenty of breakfast, it's quiet for a city centre hotel, and secure. If you're looking for a good budget hotel, then this one is great.

    Exceptional value for money. The location cant be beaten, with the best cafe and best restaurant in the city right below. The rooms and bathrooms were clean with great air conditioning. The real standout was the staff. Incredibly kind and helpful with recommendations for the city. This is what separated it from other budget hotels, and why I am inclined to leave a review. If the manager reads this, please thank the lovely women and men on the reception on the 3rd 4th and 5th September!

    Good location easy to reach from Train station. İn this category very good service and breakfast. HappyCulture hotel group is giving best service in France in the 3 star category with tea and coffee service all day and very cozy lounge place. Hotel is in the city centre you can walk around and see all main sightseeing points of the city easily.
