Chalet Helnes exceeded our expectations. Great location for summer and winter. Presented immaculately and exceptionally clean with all the modern facilities that anyone could require. This hotel is especially worth coming to due to its very nice wellness center. We took the Spa access option with out room, that I highly recommend. The room is fine, but not exceptional, but the spa is wonderful. It has several basins with massage jets, hammam, sauna, external jacuzzi, and very few people there on week days. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The restaurant is also very nice and the personnel is competent, helpful and attentive

The staff were really accommodating of our last minute booking and arrival and my dodgy French. The room was compact but clean and tidy. The staff were keen to help us out and explain how everything worked. The food in the restaurant was excellent - huge variety and good quality. Previous review was negative but over 3 days we had different dishes every day and plenty of it. We were very impressed and the restaurant was kept clean, clear and well stocked and they were there for long hours too. I didn’t use the pool but that was clean and the kids were clearly enjoying it.
