Very friendly owner and good location. Narbonne isn’t large so it was easy to walk to everything. Comfortable and nicely decorated room.

It's in a great location; in a quiet street, a 10 minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of town proper and sites of interest. The staff were exceptional with their service and professionalism. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

The main building was reconstructed incl the restaurant . The food was very nice ! Good service All a big difference with previous time we stayed in the hotel .

This is a great little stay in the heart of Ginestas. The hosts are lovely and accomodated an early check in and everything was very comfortable & clean. I especially loved the bathroom!

We were given a very warm welcome by the lovely Karina on Reception. Everything was ready for us and Karina explained everything we needed to know. Every staff member we encountered was extremely warm and welcoming, including the cleaner we bumped into on the way to our room. The family room was perfect for a family of 5 and the view was amazing (room 306). The bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in and everything was perfectly clean. We will definitely return again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
