Staff were very friendly and when we had a small issue the customer service was excellent. Great room with extra pillows. Very comfortable bed and quiet. Nice strong shower with plenty of hot water. Great location just off motorway for our drive back to UK. Small restaurant on site with decent wine and typical French dishes. Tea and coffee in room.

    The room was good and the hotel itself. The breakfast was really good, with many options! Overall I'm satisfied! It's a good solution if you want to be nearby the airport or Pessac and if you need a choice in a good price! The staff was polite and friendly!

    Much like student flat work and study accommodation. Rooms were minimalist and functional, but clean, spacious, comfy and well equipped. Wifi good, check in easy enough. Got what I wanted, convenient place to sleep and work at a reasonable price. It is a budget hotel, I wouldn't pay more than budget price. Beware saw it advertised at €159 one night!
