We had a fantastic experience at the Ibis Rouen Centre Champ de Mars. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out a breeze. One of the absolute highlights was the excellent breakfast—a generous and beautifully presented buffet with a wide variety of fresh options, from buttery croissants and crusty baguettes to eggs, cheese, fruit, and even some local specialties. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the coffee was perfect to start the day. The location is great—just a short walk along the river into the historic center of Rouen, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. The on-site parking was convenient and secure, which was a big plus for me. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rouen. A great value for the quality and service received.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was lovely to be able to open the windows and have fresh air in the room. The location is ideal for the historic centre of Rouen..quiet and safe.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were all really friendly. Room was nice with a good sized bathroom. Nice and warm on a cold February night. Parking nearby under the square. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Rouen.

A great find with plenty of space for a family of 4 (kids 10 and 8). The TV in the bedroom, as well as the lounge, meant we could relax separately (and the TV had netflix so the kids could watch channels in English). Much more spacious than a hotel room and much better value for money. Parking just outside the apartment. 10 minute walk to some places to eat and 30 minutes to the middle of Rouen. I would definitely recommend. We adults slept on the sofa bed (so we could stay up after kids had gone to bed) and it was surprisingly comfy!
