Everything! The location is wonderful and a great concept using a houseboat! The food and drink were great and it was wonderful to enjoy a local beer on the deck watching life in Verdun go by!

Everything about this property was perfect. Beautiful comfortable room with lots of space. Having the pool was a real bonus, so quiet and relaxing. Lovely food in the restaurant and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location on an estuary of the Meuse close to Verdun. Charming accommodation the rooms are large and appear newly renovated. Very clean and well maintained. The adjoining building has a bar and restaurant with set menu. Staff are friendly and helpful great service.

Absolutely fantastic. Great host. Catherine made us feel like at home. We slept so good! Enjoyed delicious breakfast. It was our quick stop on the way to Bretagne but we felt lucky to have found it. Breakfast and dinner delicious. Chantal provides homemade pate, aperitif, and homemade jams as well as delicious cheeses and fresh bread, tasty chicken, good wine. But more than this the entire place is very special. Truly unique with the most magical garden. We were in the cabin which is more 'primitif' (I have stayed before, in the house which is superb) but nonetheless charming. So glad I managed a repeat journey here.

The house was beautiful and very large. The garden was lovely. The local area was quiet and beautiful. The hosts were very attentive on our arrival. We didn't speak any French, but they were very patient with us while showing us around on arrival. There is space enough to spread out and relax in different rooms if you're travelling with extended family like we did. The garden was secure with fences and gates all the way round, which is ideal for children. We would visit again.
