Really enjoyed the cottage - was a perfect base for my friends and I to relax following our walking trips. Comforting, quiet, and a nice getaway! Spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we required for cooking/cleaning.

We booked two rooms for my family and I at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast is included in every booking and is very value for money. We've also visited their restaurant for dinner. Dinner was exceptional. Would definitely book again.

The location was convenient and because of that I thought my room might be noisy but it was amazingly quiet by 9 pm . Our supper was very good and we really enjoyed the outdoor roofed terrace. Our rooms were lovely, small but with all the amenities and very stylish for such an old building. Character and style. Breakfast in the morning was terrific, best haggis ever!
