We arrived late at the hotel, but we were strongly welcomed by the hospitality team. The room was very quiet and comfortable, especially the bed and the chair - I had so restful sleep for two nights. The full water and milk bottles gave us a feeling of abundance. The breakfast was very delicious and big - even for a small breakfast! It's absolutely a delightful experience for both of us. Thank you team!

A beautiful old house decorated exquisitely. Although I was travelling solo, I was given a family room which was huge with plenty of space. Room was spotless and the view was lovely from the back window. Bed was comfy. Although the guest house is on a busy road, the rooms are out the back and you don't hear the traffic. Congratulations to the owners on such a beautiful house and furnishings. Highly recommended

This is a delightful small hotel with outstanding service. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and attentive; quite exceptional service. We really felt very comfortable and at home in this hotel. The restaurant meals were excellent and we really enjoyed our breakfast. The room was small but very comfortable. The location is great for Ayrshire - and perfect for us as we were visiting relatives nearby. Highly recommended.

The furniture may be dated - but to me this was the character that made the building, this is what we were looking for for our visit to Scotland. This I’m sure is the only reason it’s not more than 3 stars because I could fault anything else!!! The staff were amazing, as was the service and quality of food served. And the location - wow!! A 5 minute walk to an outstanding beach and walk.
