    Great location, extremely comfortable bed in spacious room. Most delicious roast beef dinner at the restaurant - best I’ve ever had!! (Good prices for dinner & drinks too). Lovely view from restaurant. Great breakfast & service. Location was convenient to highway but so quiet (must be double/triple glazed windows?) and close to Dumfries & Caerlaverlock Castle. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend.

    Lovely clean accommodation with a very nice restaurant and bar. Views were beautiful especially with all the wildlife to see. Not sure why it is only 3 stars, deserves more.
