Staff were extremely helpful. Ideal location with a 5 min walk to town centre. The room was very well kitted out. Had two couches at the bottom of the room, making a small lounge small fridge. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Left best to last breakfast was amazing, and eggs were free range and collected each morning from their own hens. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect place for exploring Highlands, room was huge, with all the necessities you might need. Parking was just in front, and the location is in the city centre-shops and all you might need is near. Bathroom was great, they even left a heater in the room, which was really helpful at night. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, enough to start a day. All in all, great value for money.

An overnight quick stay before taking ferry from Ullapool. Set in a quiet and scenic area, a classic busy hotel with many rooms, long corridors and gigantic public bar areas. I had a lovely single room with a full sized bathroom. Everything about my stay was perfect, especially the overnight reception staff. I slept well and sadly left before breakfast. I’ll stay again rather than in much busier and more expensive Inverness. Lots of Scottish clan info and classic Scottish images and souvenirs. More used to coach parties, they made room for me at a great and affordable rate.

The location was amazing and the staff was so welcoming. We even could get dinner at the Hotel as we‘ve arrived quite late. The parking space in front of the hotel was very convenient, so we could start our exploration straight away.

    It was a pleasant stay. The family room was big compared to other budget hotels, and the bathroom was massive. The breakfast was great and filling. The smart TV didn't catch a good signal and hence didn't work well. I would like to have a door for the shower cubicle so that the water doesn't splash everywhere.
