Friendly, professional and welcoming staff even when arriving after midnight. We chose the windowless room as it was just a one night stay. It was tight space but definitely the right choice if you’re looking for good value for money on a one-or two-night stay. The hotel is great! They even celebrated the hotel’s birthday and invited us to a drink each.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the city centre: you can walk for 20-25 minutes and explore step by step this amazing city Edinburgh, or take a bus for 10 minutes. The soundproofing of the rooms is perfect, the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Especially, my daughter liked to cook waffles herself and decorate them with various toppings. There are no complaints about the hotel staff, they are polite and friendly. So I recommend this hotel 100%!!

This was the cleanest room I have ever been to. There were coffee, tea, hot chocolate and milk for the guest to use. I would stay again! The place is walking distance to everywhere and buses go frequently nearby. There are also a few markets in the same block from which one can fill the fridge in the room.

Hotel is really close to the tram line and you can reach city centre in around 20 minutes. The same line also goes to the airport. There is shopping centre nearby too. Rooms were small, but im used to that since this is a budget hotel. There was coffee and tea available for free which was very nice 😊 Hairdryer is available at the reception. We got breakfast on our last day and the selection was good! Despite small dislikes, i would still return here in the future.
