lovely house, well run business with a warm smile. we were upgraded to a huge room so our dog could stretch which was very kind and thoughtful. thank you very much again for making our stay so pleasurable after a very long drive from south of France !

Stayed for one night. Breakfast was excellent and served early which was useful for catching the Eurotunnel.

Owners were AMAZING! We arrived VERY early and Debbie could not have been more accommodating. We decided to walk along the beach/boardwalk into town, and enjoy the beautiful day. When we arrived back, our luggage was brought back to our room. Debbie and the rest of the staff were exceptionally friendly and forthcoming with recommendation and answers to our many questions. The room was very spacious and clean. She arranged our taxi. Wish we had more time to stay and explore Folkestone. This is a gem - would love to stay here again.
