The location at the end of a lane is wonderful and very peaceful. The arrival instructions and key safe code were perfect and there is a parking space at the property. It is a lovely property with a large and fully equipped kitchen and living room, with a conservatory adjoining. The two bedrooms have large beds, one is en-suite and there is an additional separate bathroom. The heating is electric storage heaters and they heat the rooms nicely. The kitchen/living room can be a bit cool but there is a log burner to provide heat if required.

On arrival Jane was friendly and helpful and provided some very tasty provisions. The property was clean and provided everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The kitchen had all that we needed. The location was great as it was fairly central to the places that we wanted to visit, with some good places to eat within a short drive. We will definitely stay here again in the future, when we visit this area again.

When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception. Made us welcome straight away. Our rooms were brilliant, comfortable and clean. We used the pool and even took my 86 year old mum in as there was proper steps and a rail. The restaurant and staff were excellent. Good food and exceptional service.

We had a wonderful three-night stay in Llanberis, myself, my husband, 3 children and dog, and couldn’t be happier with the place we stayed at. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of room for the family, and a very cozy atmosphere. The location was fantastic, beautiful surroundings near the 2 lakes, with perfect access to the Llanberis Path, one of the most scenic routes up to the summit of Snowdon (18km from the property and back). Shops and charming cafes were just a couple of minutes away, and we enjoyed fresh coffee and delicious pastries every morning.

    Location is excellent for Snowdon train , lake, slate museum and electric mountain. Food is excellent in bar, although not for anyone on a budget!

    The room was comfortable and functional which was all I wanted of a budget hotel while I pursue an outdoor hiking activity. The owner/staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Location was perfect for my requirements. Very grateful that they had a vacancy at short notice.
