We came to visit the DockYards, so the location was better than perfect. Perfectly comfortable and clean rooms. Loved the good sized bathroom with space for both of ours vanity stuff. Both dinners we had were very tasty. They have a small physio pool, what was a great comfort after all the walking we've doen during the day. Nice athmosphere in the bar.

The staff were all really lovely. The location was excellent. The history of the club and all the books available to browse were good. It is a budget hotel and although the furniture etc was very dated, it was clean.

Location was superb, within the shopping centre and right by the harbour. Free parking is provided in the Gunwharf car park which is very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was not luxurious but perfectly adequate and more than met expectations for an overnight stay in a budget hotel. Would happily use the hotel again.
